When you open EasyMP Network Projection your computer will search for and display any available projectors (the projector must be turned on) on a connected RGL network.  When the projector is discovered you can check the box beside the projector you wish to use and click connect (you can select multiple projectors if you wish to output to more than one location).  If you are projecting to a remote site and you do not see the projector listed have a person in the remote site check to ensure that the projector is turned on.

While you are presenting you can stop or pause your presentation or disconnect from the projector by using the EasyMP toolbar.

If the toolbar is behind your presentation it is this icon on your toolbar.

If you’ve minimized the toolbar, you can restore it from your system tray.

The projectors do have a variety of connection methods with the most commonly used being “Computer” (if you are connected to the projector via a cable) or “LAN” (if you are connecting to the projector using EasyMP). To cycle between these options simply press the corresponding button on the remote as show in the image below.

Please test your connection in advance of your meeting and if you require assistance email us at helpdesk@rglrm.com.
